Mandy Spivey

CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
With a background in cannabis tech and a passion for plant science, Mandy began No Bad Buds with a goal in mind: to change the way we talk about weed by shining a light on our evolving industry to uncover the truth about the science, history and culture of cannabis. Her podcast and show is based in Texas (where she’s from), which gives her a unique perspective on the ever-changing industry.
Austyn Farrell

CO-PRODUCER & DESIGN DIRECTOR
Over the last decade, Austyn has dedicated himself to many impactful projects, from teaching marginalized youth skills in filmmaking to supporting veterans in sharing their stories. Through our show and podcast, he hopes to push forward federal drug decriminalization while educating audiences on cannabis science and the benefits it can offer consumers.

Shalay's healing journey with cannabis ignited her passion for its medicinal potential, but that’s just the beginning. As Co-Founder and Chief Partnerships Officer of No Bad Buds, she now spends her time advocating for education, access, and responsible use on our podcast and show, sparking new industry relationships to drive growth and innovation in cannabis applications for people’s well-being and beyond.
